It’s finally happening! After years of dreaming, we’re bringing the PepTalkHer Mastermind IRL for a weekend of reset, connection, and clarity.

The Venue

We’ll gather at Meggie’s newly renovated beach house in Shoreham, at the start of the North Fork. Think ocean views, cozy corners for deep conversations, and plenty of space to reset your mind (and career).

This isn’t a corporate offsite or a spa weekend. It’s something better:

  • Career Reset Workshops — led by Meggie, designed around what you need right now.

  • Deep Conversations — the kind that spark breakthroughs, belly laughs, and “aha” moments.

  • Community — 8 extraordinary women sharing the weekend as peers, mentors, and friends.

  • Wholesome Fun — bonfires, beach walks, mocktails & cocktails, optional cold plunges, and late-night chats that last until 11pm.

  • 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom beach home

  • Shared rooms included in retreat rate

  • Upgrade to a private suite for $500

  • Early bird (Mastermind only, through August): $2,500

  • Price increases to $3,000 in September

  • Non-Mastermind rate: $3,500

Getting There

The closest airport is LaGuardia (LGA), though JFK is also an easy option.

🚆 From Manhattan or Brooklyn, it’s about a 60–90 minute train ride out to Shoreham on the North Fork.
