PepTalkHer was founded out of frustration - and possibility.

The gender pay gap exists - and data says it’ll take 100s of years for that to change. We’re not prepared to wait that long - we started PepTalkHer to take action and galvanize change NOW.

Our founder Meggie Palmer founded PepTalkHer after her own experience of inequality at work. She’s personally coached women to receive raises as small as an extra $5 an hour (it added up to bed $10k over the year)  all the way up to multiple 6 figure raises.

Our 5 year mission is to see 50/50 women in leadership .

And we have a big picture vision too - we want to close the gender pay gap.

Now, that could take some time (UN Women estimate gender equality  is 99.5 years away 😱)  but while we wait, we’re inspired daily by the results we see every day with our audience of 60,000 + professionals getting raises, promotions & finding financial security.

PepTalkHer runs corporate programming for brands including Salesforce, JP Morgan & LinkedIn. We work in-house with companies to recruit, retain & promote too diverse talent.

ONLINE COURSE

We run an online Career Level Up program to support mid career women get that next promotion and / or raise. The results have been wildly successful so far:

• Career direction and purpose rises 63% because of the course 

• Negotiation skills increase by a whopping  79%

• More than half of the first course cohort received a raIse in just 10 weeks.

PEPTALKHER APP

The PepTalkHer App launched to global acclaim at an event with Vogue in 2019. It was featured by Apple around the world and has helped 60,000 + users negotiate a raise.
