Who builds and runs the courses?
That would be me - Meggie Palmer (hi!)
I’m a former journalist & foreign correspondent turned entrepreneur.
I founded PepTalkHer with the mission to close the gender pay gap after my own experience of pay inequality when I was a foreign correspondent.
Fortune 500 companies hire my team & I to train & coach their executives training their staff on negotiation & career confidence. Our clients include HSBC, Salesforce & Revlon.
I lecture at Columbia University & Barnard College on negotiation & navigating your career. I speak globally on the pay gap, confidence & equality at work (ask me about having to keynote on stage after Barack Obama - talk about a tough act to follow!)

I speak italian and if I could, I would eat spaghetti bolognese for every single meal :)
I’m an Aussie who now calls NYC home. I am a proud Tory Burch Fellow & was awarded a Red Backpack Grant by Spanx Founder Sara Blakely.

First published as a writer at 8 age. The publication? My own DIY newsletter called “The Saddle Club” (I was OBSESSED with horses - LOL!)
When I was a reporter I interviewed Bashar Al Assad at his Palace in Damascus, Syria
I’m obsessed with ocean swimming & have swum in the wild with both dolphins & sharks in the ocean - it was epic

CAREER LEVEL UP is for anyone wanting to step up, or step sideways (aka pivot) in your career.
We’ve had 21 year olds do the course and womxn in their late 50s graduate as well.

Module wise - we cover 5 key models & spend 2 weeks of curriculum & live coaching per module:
Class is weekly, for 10 weeks, starting 13th July at 6pm EST. (**PLUS - we are running a BONUS networking session on the 8th of July at 6pm EST**)
All the calls are recorded & uploaded to your private portal so you can relisten or watch back if you miss a session. The course gives you lifetime access to the content & coaching calls.
You will also be given access to our Private Slack group.

Our courses and additional resources (workbook, texts, etc) are currently only available in English. We provide closed caption English subtitles on all our live coaching calls.

How do I take the course?
EXCELLENT QUESTION! You purchase it here and then you’ll be sent all the info you need via email! We use an online platform to deliver the videos, pdfs, workbooks etc. You have lifetime access to all the materials, the curriculum, scripts, recordings of live calls etc.
When you purchase a course, you’ll create an account during checkout. After checking out, you’ll be able to navigate to the My Courses tab to see your purchased courses. Simply click on the course you wish to view and you’ll be taken to your course.
Also, our content is available on-demand. So you can re-watch a lesson at your convenience.
How long will I have accessto my course?
FOREVER AND EVER AND EVERRRRRR.

Is there a payment plan option?

How do I log into my account?
Once you’ve pressed BUY you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account. Follow the steps, choose a password (make it something EPIC!) then follow the prompts to create your password and you are GOOD TO GO! If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact us and we’ll get your sorted. Forgotten your password? (It happens!)
