As your Executive Coach, I’m an objective sounding board.

I’m there to support you, troubleshoot and cheerlead you on. I’ll also hold you accountable to your business KPIs & leadership goals.

Using proprietary tools we’ll identify how your leadership strengths can be maximized to impact your business and team for the better

We’ll work on your leadership confidence and your ability to fast track your way to success (in a way that makes you feel aligned and authentically you)

I take on 5 coaching clients a year. Typically they’re leaders or Execs in the USA, Australia & Europe. They have 10+ years of professional experience and manage teams.

I’ve coached leaders & Execs from companies like Salesforce, Zendesk & Docusign & more.
